The company has provieded assistance to the construction company in its business project planning ,we conducted a training of the staff team in public presentation which has kept us in a good business refference with them.
We have been assisting in small scale house rental collection a key appreciation giving us chance to exercise and grow in property management
We provided counseling to learners in various field aspects of life .We as well trained learners in public speech writing and speaking in which they exercised this in the national association of public speakers competitions .We offered a training in ICT to finishing candidates as well carried internet installations at the premises.

SAGACITY LIVING AGENCY (U) LTD is a mentoring consultancy that provides diverse services across multiple domains, aiming to support clients in various aspects of property management, IT, health and counseling, graphics design, document preparation and offers support in enhancing communication skills, delivering impactful speeches, and inspiring others through motivational content. Originally it started work in the back ground in February 2022 as UNCLE BATS MENTORING AGENCY UGANDA (UBMAU) a program that was initiated under the registered community based umbrella YOUNG MINDS INITIATIVE NDEJJE and in January 2023 the founders realized the need to have an independent body thus the existance.
All our services are offered physically except a few of those that are done remotely due to the nature of module designed in them
